England Lions one-day squad v Sri Lanka A 2011

The ECB named the following 12-man squad for England Lions' one-day series with Sri Lanka A, starting on August 12:

• Jonathan Bairstow (Yorkshire)
• Scott Borthwick (Durham)
• Steven Finn (Middlesex)
• Alex Hales (Nottinghamshire)
• James Harris (Glamorgan)
• Simon Kerrigan (Lancashire)
• Stuart Meaker (Surrey)
• Chris Nash (Sussex)
• Boyd Rankin (Warwickshire)
• Joe Root (Yorkshire)
• Ben Stokes (Durham)
• Chris Woakes (Warwickshire)

Joe Root and Simon Kerrigan were called up to the squad on August 9 to replace Ravi Bopara and Danny Briggs. Bopara was on Test duty at Edgbaston and Briggs was ruled out of the series with a shoulder injury.

Boyd Rankin was added to the squad on August 15 following Steven Finn's inclusion in the fourth npower Test party.
