Sky Sports will be in attendance at the Grange on August 12 to televise England's one-day international against Scotland

England’s one-day international against Scotland at the Grange will be televised by Sky Sports, Cricket Scotland has confirmed.

The game will take place on August 12 2012 and will coincide with the Edinburgh International Festival.

Sky Sports executive cricket producer Paul King said: “It will be exciting to see a new team of Scottish cricketers and assess their chances of qualifying for future ICC events.

"I’m sure they will give England a tough game on home soil.”

Cricket Scotland chief executive Roddy Smith added: “We are delighted at the news that Sky will be covering our match against England.

"With significant improvements on the field, it will be another fantastic opportunity for our guys to showcase their talents and give cricket in Scotland more important exposure”.
