Swann rises to second in ICC rankings

Graeme Swann's seven wickets at the Brit Insurance Oval put him second in the rankings for Test bowlers
England off-spinner Graeme Swann has moved back up to second in the International Cricket Council’s rankings for Test bowlers.
Swann, who took match figures of 7-118 during England’s defeat to Pakistan in the third npower Test, moves up one place ahead of Mohammad Asif but still behind Dale Steyn.
The 31-year-old also climbed to second position in March after England’s victory over Bangladesh in Chittagong, in which he took 10 wickets.
Swann, who was belatedly added to the long-list for the ICC cricketer of the year on Thursday, took his 100th Test wicket the same day in his 23rd match.
