Joyce qualifies for England

The ECB has received confirmation from the ICC that Ed Joyce is now eligible for England having completed the required four years of residential qualification.
The Middlesex left-handed batsman recently scored two centuries for Ireland to help the hosts reach the ICC Trophy Final and qualify for the Cricket World Cup 2007.
So far this season Joyce has scored 1,091 runs in Frizzell County Championship Division One at an average of nearly 84.
