Cook moves level with Dhoni
Alastair Cook’s century in the second NatWest Series one-day international with West Indies has lifted the England captain up two places to joint fifth in the International Cricket Council ODI batting rankings.
Cook’s 112 made amends for a duck in the Ageas Bowl opener and moved him level with India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
Cook went above team-mate Jonathan Trott, who dropped two places to seventh despite making a combined 85 runs in his two innings versus the Windies.
