Riverside ODI tickets go on sale

Local hero Paul Collingwood will be a significant attraction for England fans at the NatWest Series opener versus Pakistan

Tickets for the opening NatWest Series one-day international between England and Pakistan at the Riverside have gone on sale.

The first of five ODIs against Pakistan takes place on September 10 2010, with prices starting at £35 for adults and the majority of junior tickets are only £10.

The South Terrace Upper has been allocated as an alcohol-free stand for this fixture, with adult tickets priced at £45 and under-16s £10.

Durham director of marketing Mark Foster said: “The England cricket team play once in the north-east next summer and interest in this match has been extremely high already. We’re advising supporters to buy early so that they are guaranteed their preferred area of seating.”
