Wright out of NatWest Series

Luke Wright has been ruled out of the remainder of the NatWest Series - and is a doubt for the Champions Trophy
England all-rounder Luke Wright will play no further part in the NatWest Series due to the toe injury he sustained during practice.
The 24-year-old was forced to sit out yesterday’s four-wicket defeat by Australia at Trent Bridge after being struck on his left big toe while batting against the bowling machine at Loughborough on Monday.
The ECB today confirmed that the injury, which required stitches, will keep him out of tomorrow's clash at Trent Bridge and Sunday's game at the Riverside.
His availability for the ICC Champions Trophy beginning next week will be assessed after the series finale, and England will be permitted to name a replacement should Wright fail to recover in time.
Dimitri Mascarenhas, who replaced Wright at Trent Bridge, will remain with the squad for the remainder of the NatWest Series, in which England trail 5-0.
