Full house for Old Trafford T20
England's NatWest Series victory over Sri Lanka at Old Trafford was a sell-out and so is the NatWest International T20 with India
The NatWest International T20 between England and India at Old Trafford on August 31 has sold out, just as the NatWest Series decider with Sri Lanka there earlier this month did.
The one-off T20 game follows the npower Test series, which starts tomorrow, and precedes the NatWest Series.
Geoff Durbin, Lancashire's commercial director, said: “Demand for both of these international fixtures proved to be huge since the tickets went on sale. It is quite evident that England games at Old Trafford continue to be very attractive for sports fans.”
Old Trafford will also host two internationals next year with South Africa playing a T20 and Australia a one-day international. Full details will be announced in due course.
