Stanford Superstars squad named
Sir Vivian Richards has announced a 17-man Stanford Superstars squad to face England in the Stanford 20/20 for US$20million on November 1 at the Stanford Cricket Ground in Antigua.
Stanford Super Series unveiled
The winners of this weekend's Twenty20 Cup will be invited to play in the Stanford Super Series in the build-up to the match between England and a Caribbean select XI sponsored by Allen Stanford.
Windies stars in Stanford squad
West Indies stars Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Chris Gayle, Ramnaresh Sarwan and Dwayne Bravo have been named in the 32-man Stanford Superstars training squad ahead of November’s Twenty20 showdown against England.
Richardson: Stanford squad chosen
A preliminary squad to take on England in November’s US$20million one-off Twenty20 game has already been selected, West Indies legend Richie Richardson has revealed.
Botham predicts ripple effect
Sir Ian Botham believes the Stanford 20/20 for 20 will add extra spice to this season's domestic competition which got underway this week. The legend says players will be eager to impress Peter Moores and book a ticket to Antigua.

Although Richie Richardson never had the chance to play Twenty20 - his attacking tendencies would have been ideally suited - he hopes the introduction of the Stanford 20/20 for 20 will inspire the next breed of cavalier batsmen in the West Indies.
