The ECB 50+ County Championship final will be between Surrey and Kent, and will be played at Horsham Cricket Club on Sunday September 9.

Surrey were crowned ECB 50+ County Champions for 2004 after beating Kent in the final by the narrowest of margins, having lost fewer wickets with the scores level.
