The four sides who will battle it out for a place at Lord's have now been decided after the quarter-finals were completed.
Cheshire will host Oxfordshire at Toft on Wednesday 3 September with the winners appearing in the final for the first time in their history.
In the second semi Lancashire, winners in 2000, 1995, 1993 and 1985 as well as runners-up seven times, will face Somerset, a side who have never gone beyond the last-four.
A date has not been yet been finalised although the tie must be complete by Sunday 14 September.
This year's final will be held on the Nursery Ground at Lord's - the first time the climax of the competition has been held at the Home of Cricket.
