Rules and regulations for the 2011 season are now available to download on ecb.co.uk.

All the separate files relating to the first class and non first class competitions can be downloaded in the Rules and Regulations section as PDFs.

These cover all the international and domestic competitions, plus ECB's non first class comps, minor counties comps, women's, disability cricket - and miscellaneous regulations and guidelines.
