Finals line-up complete

Ecb Indoor

Flitwick and Blaydon will both travel to Lord's after winning through to the final of the ECB Indoor Championship which will be held on March 13th.

Bedfordshire club Flitwick came through a thrilling Midlands final, edging their way to last-ball victory over Worcester Nomads to book their place at the Home of Cricket.

Chasing 123 to win, Flitwick were seemingly cruising with Tom Underwood and Jake Higginbotham both retiring on 25.

Worcester Nomads gave themselves a lifeline with the late run out of Phil Gurney but Jason Twist and Kailas Kulkarni held their nerve to record a four-wicket win off the final delivery.

Flitwick had earlier beaten Hatherley & Reddings in the first semi-final while Worcester Nomads defeated Dales.

Blaydon, of Durham, will complete the Lord's final line-up after beating Yorkshire side Acomb in another close encounter in the North final.

Having posted 136 for five from their 12 overs, Blaydon managed to restrict their opponents to 127 for five to record a nine-run victory.

In their earlier semi-final Blaydon beat Spondon of Derbyshire by 14 runs while Acomb bowled out Lancashire outfit Kearsley to win by 10 runs.
