A last ball thriller in a rain-shortened match at Havant gave Hampshire side Totton & Eling a berth in the final 16 of the ECB Cockspur Cup with all but one of the other places still up for grabs due to the driving rain that continues to sweep through the UK disrupting the playing schedule.
