Hastings put on royal show

Hastings & St Leonard's Priory won the ECB U15 National Club Championship Regional Final at Horsham after beating Queen's Park of Bedfordshire.

The Edgbaston groundsmen were not the only ones with their hands full as major mopping up operations went on at Weston-super-Mare.

With the pitch playable by 2.30pm, only the two semi-finals went ahead.

South Wilts and Portsmouth & Southsea await a venue for their regional final with possibilities including the Rose Bowl or Totton & Eling as neutral venues.
