Teddington's tenth wicket pair put up the barricades for half-an-hour to deny Shepherd Neame Middlesex League leaders Ealing a fifth straight win.
Ealing appeared probable winners when Teddington dropped to 151 for nine chasing 229 for seven, but the perrenial champions were frustrated by last pair Duncan Wood and Michael King who salvaged a draw at 175 for nine.
Ealing's total was based around a breezy 61 by Chris Peploe, aided by Hasan Khan (50).
In complete contrast to the previous week when they hit a daunting 336 for one against Richmond, Winchmore Hill were skittled for 74 and beaten by eight wickets by second placed Hampstead, who are now nine points behind the leaders.
Finchley did everything bar beat Stanmore after Majid Ali (56) and Steve Selwood (40) had underpinned a total of 189 for seven. Spinner Sunil Tailor took 6-10 as Stanmore clung on for a draw at 78- for eight.
A century partnership between Tom Simpson (84) and Will Vanderspar (55) helped Brondesbury overhaul Eastcote's 194 for six (Ijay Sangha 5-49), but Richmond ran out of time in their bid to win the derby with Shepherds Bush.
Steve Price (92), Kevin Barrett (73) and Dominic Ridley (63) pushed Richmond to 266 for four, but the Bush held out at 145 for seven.
