Godolphin and Latymer School produced a perfect performance at Lord's to become Lady Taverners Under-13 national champions.
The school, which is based in West London, won all four matches at the home of cricket including a nerve-wracking final game against Ormskirk which confirmed them as champions.
Godolphin and Latymer had earlier beaten Cathedral School, Hereford Cathedral and Ventnor School, who travelled to Lord's from the Isle of Wight.
"It's been really fantastic," said winning coach Buddy Mason.
"They have been fantastic throughout every stage of the competition and luckily they have managed to carry it through to the final. They have done everybody very proud.
"To be the best out of 585 teams, I almost can't believe it's real. Huge credit to the girls for the way that they played.
"They play so well as a team. It's really been a privilege to coach them and see how much they support each other. There is so much unity there. It's been very special."
Hereford Cathedral, who won three matches, finished in second place ahead of Ormskirk.
