Hayes Hurricanes will take on Ransome & Marles on September 20 to decide who is the best women's club side in the land.
Hayes, who topped Premier South and are captained by England batsman Lydia Greenway, face Jane Smit's Nottinghamshire-based side who finished top of Premier North.
Hayes ended Brighton's monopoly on the Premier South by narrowly winning the division by virtue of having a better run-rate than Reading.
Both sides finished with 153 points - Hayes lost twice, one less than Reading - while Bath were left 12 points adrift in third.
Brighton, who were unable to call upon their arsenal of England players including Sarah Taylor and Laura Marsh, managed just three wins.
Ransome & Marles enjoyed a slightly less fraught rise to the top of Premier North, eventually winning the division by 16 points ahead of Warrington.
Although the two teams won the same amount of games - six in total - Ransome & Marles lost just once with two matches being lost to the weather.
