Devon were celebrating on two fronts after their under-13 and under-15 girls both became national champions.
The under-15s were the first of the two teams to lift the trophy after they beat Wales.
After winning the toss, Devon were in all sorts of trouble as they slumped to an initial 23 for four but Julia Hayes led a terrific fightback.
Hitting her first ever half-century, Hayes put on 30 with Kate Sargeant and 41 with Clara Nielson as Devon closed on 144 for eight from their 35 overs. Gwenan Davis and Lauren Parfitt were the pick of the Welsh attack.
Devon made an excellent start with the ball, Jodie Dibble removed Jo Westwood before Rebecca Donohue trapped Lauren Parfitt lbw, and they did not loosen their grip.
Such was their accurate bowling that Wales could not muster more than an 18-run partnership as Devon cruised to victory.
Rebecca Piddock claimed 3-10 and Nielson completed a fine individual performance with 2-9.
Devon's under-13s matched that success by beating Yorkshire by 22 runs.
Having been asked to bat first, Devon struggled until Rebecca Bertrand hit some glorious shots to take her side to 43 for two after 15 overs.
Linking up with Jodie Dibble, the pair looked like taking Devon towards a large total but Wales bowler Millie Wallis soon changed that, taking four wickets, including Bertrand for 36.
Devon eventually finished on 107 for eight from their 30 overs.
Dibble, who ended up with 22, then took centre-stage with the ball to dismiss Yorkshire captain Jess Watson, a wicket that prompted the batting side to collapse to 19 for three.
Bertrand emulated her team-mate to bowl Devon to the brink of victory as Yorkshire were reduced to 33 for eight.
Wales opener Ellyn Clarke watched the wickets tumble at the other end but she could not push on as Devon won by 22 runs.
Bertrand was the pick of the attack, taking 5-17 to complete an excellent all-round display.
