Women given Europe date

An ECB Development XI is set to take on Ireland, Holland and Scotland in the European Championships from August 14-17.

The quadrangular series in the Netherlands will determine the groupings for the World Cup qualifiers, for which England are automatically placed.

Ireland have also already been placed in the qualifiers, so the series will be a shoot-out between Holland and Scotland as they aim for a spot in either Group A or Group B.
