Yorkshire crowned champions
Yorkshire won a thrilling Under-13 County Championship Final with Surrey which went down to the last ball.
Chasing 159 in 30 overs, Sophie Berry and Millie Wallis kept their composure to break Surrey hearts off the final delivery.
Yorkshire won the toss, elected to field first and were soon celebrating when the impressive Beatrice Firth removed Surrey opener Libby Walters for a duck.
Surrey mounted a recovery with Edie Kelly, Hannah Jones and Sacha Marshall all reaching double figures, but all three were dismissed by Wallis as Yorkshire fought back.
Surrey skipper Nadia Iqbal gave the innings some impetus with 42, the highest on either side, as her side eventually reached 158 for nine.
Firth, with 4-23 from her six overs - all bowled - was the pick of the attack.
It was another Firth, Agnes, who made sure Yorkshire made a steady start to their reply despite the early loss of Elise Good.
Firth hit 37 at the top of the order but her dismissal, caught by Kelly off Emma Swords, was one of three in quick succession as Yorkshire suffered a mini-collapse, Anna Lucia Murphy taking two wickets.
Marshall then tempted Amy Halloran out of her crease to be stumped by Kelly as Yorkshire wobbled further.
But Berry remained calm and found a willing partner in Kathryn Hilditch to help Yorkshire towards the victory post.
The returning Jennifer Tippell then bowled Hilditch for 22 as the game took another twist, but Berry and Wallis edged Yorkshire home off the last ball.
