New Zealand will play an Australian Prime Minister's XI ahead of their one-day series against Ricky Ponting's side in January.
The match will take place at Manuka Oval in Canberra on January 29.
It will be the fourth time the PM's XI have played the Black Caps with the New Zealanders winning twice and one match being abandoned.
Last year Prime Minister Kevin Rudd's side lost to Sri Lanka by four wickets.
ACT Cricket chief executive Mark Vergano said: "New Zealand has a formidable record in PM's XI matches so I'm sure the Prime Minister, in his second match selecting the Prime Minister's XI, will be very keen to get his first victory."
New Zealand last played the PM XI in 2001-02 when they had a comfortable four-wicket win.
The five-match one-day series against Australia starts in Perth on February 1 and the tour is rounded off with a Twenty20 international in Sydney on February 25.
