Delhi Daredevils’ Champions League T20 clash with Auckland Aces was abandoned without a ball being bowled at Kingsmead in Durban.

The no-result leaves Delhi and Auckland on six points, the latter from a game more, two behind Group A leaders Titans.

The Daredevils headed into the encounter on the back of a victory Kolkata Knight Riders in their opening encounter.

Meanwhile, the Aces had endured mixed fortunes having also overcome the Knight Riders prior to suffering a defeat against Titans.

But the points were shared this evening due to the inclement weather - a fate which befell the previous two evening games in the competition.
