Big-hitting wicket-keeper Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been named as India captain for the forthcoming ICC World Twenty20 in South Africa.
Yuvraj Singh has been named vice captain of the side which features Harbhajan Singh and Virender Sehwag, while Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar and Sourav Ganguly all ruled themselves out of contention.
India have been drawn in Group D alongside Pakistan and Scotland, in the tournament which starts on September 11.
Irfan Pathan is also recalled to the squad, alongside his elder brother Yusuf, with Ajit Agarakar pushing for the bowling all-rounder's spot.
