Scotland slipped to a one-wicket defeat against Namibia in the ICC Intercontinental Cup match in Windhoek after some spirited late resistance from the African team.
Namibia needed 237 to win and at stumps on Saturday Scotland looked set to prevent them getting there by limiting them to 45 for three.
Wickets fell steadily throughout the day, with Sarel Burger smashing 89 before he was caught by Craig Wright off the bowling of left-arm spinner Glenn Rogers.
But the final partnership of Deon Kotze and Louis Klazinga withstood Scots pressure as the pitch increasingly favoured the batsmen.
The result leaves Scotland with just 32 points in the table, 50 points behind Namibia.
