Moles appointed Scotland boss
Former Warwickshire batsmen Andy Moles has been appointed as the new new Scotland coach.
The 43-year-old will succeed Tony Judd in a full-time role when he leaves his position as coach of Kenya at the end of February.
Moles has already targeted qualification for the 2007 World Cup via one of the five places available in the ICC Trophy in Ireland this summer.
He said: “The target quite simply is to qualify for the World Cup.
“I saw the squad when they played against Kenya in the Intercontinental Cup.
“They looked a well-organised and dedicated bunch, and I'm delighted to have the chance to work with them.
“I'm also looking forward to the challenge of building on the success enjoyed by Tony Judd.”
