Kaushal gets Test call
Sri Lanka have named highly-rated Tharindu Kaushal, a 19-year old off-spinner with no senior experience, in their squad for the two Tests versus New Zealand.
Kaushal, who has been included mainly to gain experience of the international set-up, is unlikely to play in the first game at Galle but may be considered for the second match at Colombo.

Off-spinner Tharindu Kaushal represented Sri Lanka in August's Under-19 World Cup but has not made a senior appearance in any cricket
He has also been retained in an unchanged party for the last two one-day internationals with the Black Caps, both at Hambantota, tomorrow and on Monday. The hosts lead the series 2-0.
Opening batsman Tillakaratne Dilshan is set to miss the remaining ODIs due to a strained back, but remains part of the squad.
Seamers Chanaka Welegedara, Dhammika Prasad and Shaminda Eranga return to the Test party, replacing Thisara Perera, Nuwan Pradeep and Dilhara Fernando.
