Pakistan pick wounded trio
Shoaib Akhtar, Mohammad Asif and Umar Gul have all been named in Pakistan’s 15-man squad for the World Cup despite ongoing injury concerns.
Shoaib has been suffering with a knee injury, Asif has an elbow problem, while Gul has been sidelined with an ankle injury.
None of them are certain to be fit for the tournament which starts next month.
