Sri Lanka call for Kapugedera

Chamara Kapugedera has been called up by Sri Lanka for their Commonwealth Bank Series three-match final against Australia
Sri Lanka have called up Chamara Kapugedera as cover for their Commonwealth Bank series finals against Australia.
Mahela Jayawardene’s men reached the three-match finale - which begins on Sunday - courtesy of a thrilling nine-run victory over Australia at Melbourne today.
They have now opted to ask middle-order batsman Kapugedera to join the squad, though it is not known which member of their current group is injured.
Meanwhile, Sri Lanka have also named their 15-man party for the forthcoming Asia Cup, with Seekkuge Prasanna and Suranga Lakmal included.
Off-spinner Prasanna and paceman Lakmal were not in the squad for the CB Series but come in for the quadrangular tournament - which also features India, Pakistan and Bangladesh - at the expense of seamers Dhammika Prasad and Chanaka Welegedara.
