Surrey have announced that Pakistan will take on an International XI on July 10 at the Brit Oval, in a charity match to raise funds for the President's Earthquake Relief Fund.
The Twenty20 game will generate income for those affected by the devastating earthquake that struck north Pakistan in October 2005.
Indian captain Rahul Dravid has already confirmed that he will captain the International XI team and he will be joined by West Indian skipper Brian Lara, Muttiah Muralitharan, Mahendra Singh Dhoni and many other top name cricketers from around the World.
Former England wicket-keeper Alec Stewart will be the manager of the International XI and there will even be a special guest appearance from current England captain Andrew Flintoff in a non-playing capacity.
Surrey Brit Insurance have pledged a significant donation to the cause. This donation, as well as all the profits made from the match will be donated to the President's Earthquake Relief Fund.
Surrey Chief Executive, Paul Sheldon said: "This is a great opportunity to see the World's biggest cricket stars while at the same time raising funds for such a worthy cause.
"Raising money to help victims from the Pakistan earthquake is very important to us. It was a terrible tragedy but I'd like to think that this fundraising match might go some way in helping to speed up the recovery process.
“We were successful in raising a very significant sum last year to help the victims of the Tsunami so it would be great if we can do the same again this year."
The game has been fully endorsed by the PCB who have kindly agreed to allow the whole Pakistan squad to be available for selection for the match and the match has been given both ECB and ICC approval.
The game will start at 5.30pm and tickets will be £20 for adults and £10 for Under 16's.
They will go on sale from May 17 to Surrey members or online supporters and are available thereafter on May 30.
