The West Indies have named five uncapped players in their provisional squad of 30 players for the World Cup.
The tournament hosts have included Keiron Pollard, Patrick Browne, Travis Dowlin, Gavin Tonge and Reyad Emrit in their squad, none of whom have yet played at senior international level.
Emrit was a surprise inclusion in the 14-man squad named to play in a series of four one-day internationals against India later this month.
A final squad for the World Cup, which begins in March, is expected to be announced in mid-February.
