Mohammad Yousuf and Abdul Razzaq have been omitted from the 15-man Pakistan squad for the forthcoming ICC World Twenty20 competition in South Africa.
Misbah-ul-Haq, who returns to the side after a three-year absence, and all-rounder Fawad Alam have been chosen as replacements for the duo, with Yousuf being rested for the October series at home to South Africa.
Pakistan have been drawn in Group D alongside India and Scotland, in the tournament which starts on September 11.
Pakistan squad: Shoaib Malik (capt), Younis Khan, Imran Nazir, Salman Butt, Mohammad Asif, Shoaib Akthar, Kamran Akmal, Mohammad Hafeez, Umar Gul, Shahid Afridi, Iftikhar Anjum, Fawad Alam, Abdur Rehman, Yasir Arafat, Misbah-ul-Haq.
