Price not right for one-day games
Veteran left-arm spinner Ray Price has been dropped from Zimbabwe’s limited-overs squads for their tour of West Indies yet remains in the Test fold.
The 36-year-old has been a mainstay in all forms over recent years, claiming 79 five-day wickets, 100 in one-day internationals and 13 in Twenty20s.
Yet he will not feature in the 50-over games on a tour that features three ODIs, two T20Is and two Tests.
Left-arm paceman Brian Vitori has been omitted from all squads, while seamer Tendai Chatara - who has featured in just one Twenty20 - will be eyeing ODI and Test debuts.
