Alec Swann
The middle-order batsman has played for Lancashire since 2002, having moved from Northamptonshire.
First represented England Under 19 in 1996 and is a graduate of the Northamptonshire Cricket Board as well as having played for England Schools at Under 15 and Under 19 level.
In 2002, he became the first player to score a century in both of his first two Roses games when he made 128 and 112 against Yorkshire.
He left Lancashire at the end of the 2004 season.
His younger brother Graeme also left Northamptonshire and joined Nottinghamshire for the 2005 season.
