Biography
A stoical left-handed opening batsman, Billy Godleman is one of a number of young emerging batsman on the county scene. He came onto the radar when he scored 732 runs at an average of nearly 37 in 2008, including a top-score of 113 against Somerset - his inaugural first-class hundred. He also contributed four half-centuries to the team's cause and took 20 catches.
