Biography

Willoughby is a tall and athletic pace bowler who can fire down swinging, left-arm deliveries that many international batsmen struggle to handle. He has been around for a while and toiled unnoticed by the South Africa national team selectors for six seasons before he was named in the Proteas squad that went to Sharjah in 1999/2000. He performed admirably but his international career went no further until the South Africa A tour of West Indies in 2000/01.
