Biography
A left-handed opening batsman, Rogers has been one of the most prolific run-scorers in Australian domestic cricket in recent years. He won a call-up for Australia A in 2004 before signing for Derbyshire, scoring 498 runs in six matches before a shoulder injury cut short his season. Rogers joined Leicestershire midway through the following summer, famously hitting a double century against Australia in a tour match at Grace Road.
