Doug Bollinger
Bollinger was a surprise choice for Worcestershire as an overseas player, despite having played for Australia A.
He is an attacking one-day bowler, whose career highlight was a hat-trick in 2004-05, becoming only the fourth man to achieve the feat in Australian one-day cricket.
Was named in the mature academy intake in 2006, but hasn't really made his mark yet.
