Biography

Harris burst onto the county scene in 2006 when he took 12-118 against Gloucestershire just before his 17th birthday which made him the youngest ever bowler to get a 10-wicket championship haul, eclipsing Somerset's Brian Langford. He followed that with 87 not out from number 10 against Nottinghamshire and if Dean Cosker had not succumbed at the other end Harris might have become the youngest ever championship centurion.
