Biography
Not offered a new contract by Derbyshire after two years at the county following their miserable 2005 season. In 2004 was appointed acting skipper of Australian side Victoria in the Pura Cup while regular incumbent Cameron White was with the Australia squad in India. He has a highest fast-class score of 172 not out and struck an unbeaten 147 for Derbyshire in the 2004 season with an average of 35.76. An elegant right-handed batsman, Moss likes to get on the front foot and attack and is one of the star performers in the Derbyshire batting line-up
