Kishen Velani
The latest batting talent to emerge from Essex, Velani demonstrated his immense potential in his first innings for England Under-19s in July 2011 when he top-scored with 54 to underpin a successful run-chase against South Africa. He was subsequently retained for the winter tour of Bangladesh.
