Biography
Fast bowler Turner returned early from the Under-19 World Cup in the winter of 2003/04 due to injury, which forced him to miss the start of the season. He was called up by England U19 after regaining fitness and impressed in the U19 Tests and one-day internationals against Bangladesh. He finally broke into the Durham first team in the successful 2005 season after showing considerable promise.
