Matthew Boyce

Boyce is a graduate of Oakham School and Nottingham University. He made his first-class debut against the touring Pakistan side in July 2006.

In 2007 the batsman made single appearances in the County Championship and NatWest Pro40 competitions.

Boyce made the breakthrough in 2008, becoming a permanent fixture at the top of the Leicestershire order.

He made his maiden first-class ton against Warwickshire in April.
