Biography
A left-handed batsman who adopts a crab-like stance and slow bowler, Yardy shot to prominence in 2005 with a an outstanding campaign for Sussex. Up until that point, the all-rounder had only shown flashes of promise with the bat, epitomised by him hitting just one century in his first 38 four-day games.
