Roger Sillence

Sillence is a seam-bowling all-rounder who relies on movement rather than pace with the ball.

His hard-hitting batting has improved over the last couple of years and he is capable of making big scores.

Sparingly used in limited-overs cricket, Sillence left Gloucestershire for Worcestershire at the end of the 2005 season.

Though he featured more prominently for his new employers, he was released at end of the 2007 campaign after failing to earn a new contract.
