Biography
Cummins made his name for Loughborough UCCE and British Universities before breaking into the Leicestershire team in 2006. The seamer made his Twenty20 Cup debut in the 2006 final at Trent Bridge and, although he struggled with the ball, took a diving catch to dismiss Nottinghamshire captain Stephen Fleming and help Leicestershire secure victory. He played a bit-part role for the county in 2007 despite claiming 5-60 against Northamptonshire, and appeared just twice in the County Championship the following season before being released.
