Shaaiq Choudhry

Identified as a promising young player when he made his first-class debut for MCC in 2007, Choudhry moved to Worcestershire from Warwickshire after finding his first-team opportunities limited.

He enjoyed a promising season in 2011, establishing himself in the first team and registering some impressive performances in the Friends Life t20.

Choudhry is also a handy option with the ball, with his accurate slow left-arm deliveries being particularly useful in limited-overs cricket.
