2012 Major Match Tickets Refund Scheme
This page provides information on the ticket refund scheme for major matches in 2012. Information should be available on your match ticket or in your match ticket pack.
REFUND SCHEME – INVESTEC TEST MATCHES
Third Investec Test, England v West Indies, Edgbaston - there is a slight delay with the issue of refunds. ECB would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being:
(a) no play because the match has been completed - a full refund;
(b) 10 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match - a full refund;
(c) 10.1 overs to 24.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match - a 50% refund.
In no other circumstances can money be refunded.
Claims for refunds will be paid by cheque. Claims are subject to a £1.00 administration charge per application which will be deducted from your cheque; therefore do not send any payment with your application.
To claim your refund simply send this ticket, with the name of the payee, address and full postcode in block capitals, to A R D Response, Dept *, PO Box 15, Earl Shilton, Leicester LE9 8WA within 28 days of the Match date. There is no need to include an envelope. Please allow 30 days from receipt of claim for us to process your refund. Your information shall be held for the purposes of administering your refund. For refund queries call 01455 852514 (9 to 5 Mon to Fri). For any other queries please contact the ground. This refund policy does not apply to day 5 of Test Matches.

(b) 10.1 overs to 24.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained - a 50% refund.

(a) If, due to adverse weather conditions, 10 overs or less play takes place over the full period of time allocated for the completion of this match and no result is achieved, a full refund may be obtained for the match ticket value only.
(b) If, due to adverse weather conditions, more than 10 but less than 25 overs play takes place over the full period of time allocated for the completion of the match and no result is achieved, a 50% refund may be obtained for the match ticket value only.
In no other circumstances can money be refunded.
