From east: A4 through Twyford, Sonning Lane is right turn just before railway bridge, from M4 junction 10 take A329(M) signposted to Reading, at roundabout take A4 (London Road) then as north. From west: A329, A4, or M4 junction 12 follow signs to Reading town centre, then as north.
