Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Prize draw is open to all subscribers of TwelfthMan TeamTalk
2. To enter you must be at least 18 years old and resident in the UK
3. One entry per person
4. No purchase necessary
5. The draw will run from noon on 8th July 2008 to midnight on 3rd September 2008. Only entries received during this time will be valid
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost or not received for any reason
7. Winners will be selected at random before 5th September 2008 and contacted on the e-mail address they provide. If no response is received within 48hrs of notification a new winner will be drawn. This will continue until a winner has been contacted. Winners must confirm with the Promoter the name of their guest within 10 days of notification
8. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to fulfil all elements of the Promotion stated but cannot be held responsible for failing to fulfil certain elements if beyond the control of The Promoter
9. There is one prize for one winner plus a guest. Each Prize includes tickets to each day of the Test match between England and the West Indies in Barbados from 26.2.09 – 2.3.09 (subject to availability), economy flights, six nights accommodation, spending money of £250 per person, airport transfers and a reception with a member of the England Cricket Team
10. In the event that any winner is unable to participate in the Prize for any reason they must notify the Promoter immediately. In this circumstance, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to another entrant
11. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available
12. Winners and guest[s] may be required to take part in publicity. Winners’ names and counties will be made available to anyone requesting the same by sending a SAE marked “Caribbean cricket VMI promotion” to the address below before 31 12 2008
13. The Promoter will not take responsibility for loss of, or damage to, personal possessions, or injury, including death, other than due to negligence, while travelling to or from the Promotion or during the Promotion
14. The successful winner of the promotion understands that it is his/her responsibility to insure him / herself against the loss or damage to possessions or personal injury, including death, sustained during the Promotion and is responsible for having their own valid passport and any visa requirements to travel to the location of the Promotion
15. Winners accept that the Prize could be rescheduled, cancelled or suspended for any reason whatsoever beyond the control or the Promoter. Promoter shall not be liable to any winner in relation to lost enjoyment or cancellation of the Prize. In this event Vodafone reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value
16. All bookings are subject to confirmation and the promoter has the right to offer a substitute prize of equal or greater value
17. The prize is non-transferable. Tickets cannot be transferred between people or exchanged. Photo ID will be required to accept the prize
